(Ok, new info on ranks.)
Sub-ranks: Junior(Cub, kit, fawn, chick, pinkie, ect..) The newborns of the tribe Juvenile the older juniors,(Usually around the age of ten animal years or up) able to take a easy or starter rank for training, such as picker, fisher, forager, and depending on age, scout or warrior.(In training)) Elder The oldest of the tribe, retired or unable to fill out their duties any longer. Caretaker Mother. Takes care of her cub/kit/hatchling(Can be the father, if the junior has no mother.)

Leaf looked down at the animals gathered already, waiting for the others. Temple and Prickles sat together at the front of a cozy fern patch, Temple nibbling on a small seed as she wove the ferns into a nest-like seat. GlimmEr and Shine burst through the small crowd and found places eside each other on a large, flat, warm stone.

Skip sat on a patch of dew-wet grass. He listened intently to Leaf.

Seeing that just about everyone was there, Leaf straightened her posture. "To start off, The food storage is running a bit lower than usual, so extra foraging and fishing groups will be sent out until we get that back on track. But, that's not why I called this Gather.. One of our scouts came back wounded.-and with terrible news!" She let the words settle into the clearing, and Temple and prickles stared at each other, wide-eyed and their mouths yammering. Glimmer and shine let out nervous whines as they quietly spoke to each other.

Skipper narrowed his eyes and let out a growl.

Leaf looked around and hushed most of he crowd with a swish of her tail. "It seems that the Kiliman are planning something big... Spook overheard them-Dangerously close to our territory may I add-saying something about a battle when we're all asleep. Right, Spook?" She looked over to the sparrow, whose wing and leg were wrapped with leaves and cobweb. He hobbled a step forward and nodded. "If this is true, we will need to prepare. But unfortunately, Spook was discovered before he could hear when they would attack. So all we know is that it'll be at night.

Skip silently held back another growl. He didn't like the Kiliman. Not after they killed and injured so many.

Leaf looked over to Prickles. "Prickles, you and Temple are in charge of Making sink holes near the entrance and putting pebbles to mark them.. Grab as many tunnel travelers as you can and start it right away. Spook, seeing as your in no condition for actually flying, You'll organize the sky strikers."

Alto looked up at Leaf. "What can I do?" He asked, clearly excited.

Leaf looked down at the bear cub. 'Don't want to disappoint the little guy...' "Well, Why don't you join a patrol with Bit, Zap, and Fluff?" She said motioning to the Three, One a muskrat, One a rabbit and the last a young weasel. "If Kiliman were near our territory and sniffed bear scent they would running for the hills I bet!" She said, smiling. "Especially if they scented such a strong, brave grizzly like you."

Alto grinned and ran over to the three. He looked at them and smiled. 'My first patrol! I can't wait!!'

Leaf giggled at his joy at his first patrol and looked over to Skipper. "Skipper, I want you and all the other warriors, protectors, and other combat animals to keep a eye out for any Kiliman activity. As soon as you find some, if you find some, report it back to me."

Alto looked on the ground at saw an ant. "Hi ant." He said, looking at the small red ant.

Bit, the muskrat, looked at the bear-cub, his whiskers twitching. "First pa-trol, 'ay kid?" He asked, looking over to the entrance to cap.

Skipper nodded, gathering a patrol to look for any Kiliman.
