Yep. Another thread about my conlangs. Now, I'm sure no one's interested in actually learning these. They're works in progress, anyway. But maybe you'd want to learn about them? I currently have two major ones:
Felķut is a language not particularly based on any other, and canonically spoken by the reptilian Sāl-Kavon. It puts a lot of emphasis on the verb, there are no adjectives, the sounds b, p, and m do not exist, and there's no analogue to English's "to be". It's actually a conlang in-universe as well, having been revised from Þjelxuʹ, "Old Felķut". I wasn't very creative in naming it, because Felķut means "language", being the gerundive form of the verb felķa, which means "to speak".
Example: Solūsōrok na kiģ rosnu to va. ~ I could have attended your wedding.
Dhyrjôko, also called "Vorlosian", is based mostly on Japanese. Canonically, it's spoken by the Bhõkdhalô, also called "Vorlosians", a race of four-armed, birdlike humanoids. Each "letter" actually represents either a lone consonant or a consonant followed by a vowel, and it's hella hard to pronounce (case in point, words like ckwârryjdôg are common). It's also got these weird features like vowel/consonant doubling/tripling and breathiness.
Example: Ckwârryjdôg torra torra talcob·ko lôcocpa. ~ I'm certainly not speciesist.
If you're wondering what "canon" I'm referring to, it's the same universe as my unfinished game Aaron Space. Questions? Comments?
