[Midnight]

You enter in the courtyard of the necropolis, while most would expect all plants dead, vines, trees and other small plants have learned to absorb the deathly energy that Midnight gave off and thrive, however, their gray color didn't make the place any livelier.

Some undead have been so long here, that some vines have almost eneveloped them, however, their dead eyes still watch anyone who enters the premise. From at the top of the Necropolis, stone gargoyles with ruby eyes watch the people who enter as well.

For those who wish to enter, a massive black iron door is the only thing that separates them from the inside of the necropolis.

Mardox inhaled the stale, dead air with an unholy ecstasy. "Aah, nothing like a good old fashioned necropolis! It's such a relaxing place to visit when the living get to be a nuisance."

He then noticed the undead enveloped in the vines that were watching him without blinking. "What in the Twelve Hells?! Why are these undead just standing there?! They should be out working or fighting! There's no point in using them as scenery, they'll just stink up the air with their rot and quite frankly, they're not exactly eye-candy. I could understand if they were standing guard, but those vines around them would hinder their ability to react to enemies. Why, if I were so inclined, I could easily slay them. I shall have to have a word with Midnight regarding the fact that he allows his undead minions to idle about pointlessly..."

He then proceeded to walk towards the iron door.
