Anyone familiar with Die Untoten, Kapitel 1 by Gammlernoob? It's not the best story out there, and it's almost certainly not "to be continued", but it's not that bad either. Biggest problem: it's in German, and I think that might have skewed the ratings a bit, especially since about 70% of the comments bring it up. Sooo... I made a translated version (with Twine, I know, how heathen). If you had issues understanding it before, how about giving the English version a read? And then if you haven't already, give the original a rating. Yeah; I'm caring too much about this, but I don't want to see it with an undeserved 3/8.

It's written neatly, and would make a good story overall. I highly recommend you to focus on English rather than foreign languages since English is the most frequently used language in the internet. But the choice is yours.

Oh, believe me. I don't foresee myself using anything but English on future works of any kind. Maybe I didn't make it clear, but I didn't write the original. I just noticed that it had a lot of 1/8 ratings and comments complaining about its not being in English, so I thought I'd try my hand at translating, and maybe get it some greater (and more fitting) ratings.

There have been a storygame using Spanish previously, and it's criticized for using Spanish instead of English, forcing most to use Google Translate and it lowers the rating.

Right, and that's unfair.

Which is why you shouldn't make a storygame in any other language. I understand that not all of us can speak English, but they need to know that most of us use English, not Spanish.

They shouldn't let that stop them. They should write in the language they feel most comfortable in, and if no one can read it, so be it. Those who can't understand the story shouldn't be downrating it because of the inconvenience.

I didn't give a rating to storygame with other language at all. Also, I'm too lazy to copy-paste everything to Google Translate.
