The city has gone to shit recently, as the crime rate has gone up and the police force has it's thumb planted firmly up it's ass, this once peaceful city is going corrupt and it's seems nothing can stop it. There have been some recent riots, which has resulted in several people getting killed. The police have been attempting to keep alert, but it's not effective. But, you're just living your normal day-to-day life, not caring for the crime and deaths, but soon you'll have to choose between law and order or complete corruption... Or have you already chosen?

Bio: Bobby always loved singing. He was the one who kept people entertained and happy while all the shit was going on. He has no memory of who his parents were or what they did. He's had a few steady relationships, but they eventually ended due to his fame. Even though he's a popular Doo-Wop singer, he still has a love for cooking meth.

Job: Former detective. Now a vigilante.

Bio (Minimum of one paragraph with at least four sentences): Thomas Williams was a young hot shot detective with an unwavering loyalty to the law. At least a first. As time went on Thomas became more and more frustrated at the rest of the city's law enforcement and their refusal to use the same brutal methods as him. He didn't feel as if they were doing enough to stamp out organized crime in the city, especially the narcotics trade. Thomas eventually went too far and ended up executing two unarmed meth cooks, the incident was covered up, however it was clearly a step too far and Thomas lost his job. He now works outside of the law as Crooks in order to rid his city of the filth. He's willing to take down any who oppose him or try to stop him, including any law enforcement. Thomas has spent the last few years preparing himself, physically and mentally, to become a vigilante. He knew the training he received as a cop wasn't going to cut it so he has spent his time bettering his shot and learning all sorts of martial arts to condition himself to take on the criminal underworld and all that comes with it.

Personality: Thomas is a hard working man who can accomplish anything he puts his mind to. He is extremely driven and has a deep hatred of any criminals. He is however not a mindless killing machine and is capable of showing empathy, however instances of this are extremely rare

Bio: 

Keira was born from an average family. His father died as a Navy SEAL in the Middle East, leaving mom to take care of Keira alone as a single mother. Keira grew up as a tomboy, constantly picking up fights with boys and playing video games. When she was eleven years old, she was in a bank when a robber tried to rob the place. Keira reacted by biting the robber's arm. Aggravated, the robber successfully got Keira off from him. However, the robber dropped his handgun by accident. Keira quickly grabbed the handgun and kept it away from the robber. The robber punched Keira and tried to recover his gun, only for Keira to pull the trigger three times. The 9mm cartridges are discarded toward his head, killing the robber instantly.

After that incident, Keira dreamed about her past quite often. She grew a hare on criminals and insurgents after all of those experiences. She joined the police forces when she's old enough. She is shown to be a great officer, refusing bribes and catch fleeing outlaws with her impressive agility and martial arts. Due to her good record, she got assigned to be a SWAT officer, specializing in the assault stereotypes. She is shown to be great when it comes to firing automatic weapons, battle rifles, sniper rifles, and handguns. However, she isn't that good when using shotguns and revolvers.

Personality: She grew a hate on criminals thanks to her past. So, she will devote herself to uphold law most of the time. Overall, she is a kind person. She doesn't swear much, and always be the good girl. However, she can be cold-blooded when it comes into combat.

Primary Weapon: XM80 Assault Rifle

The XM80 is a successor to several failed US rifle designs that aimed to replace the M16.

The first prototype of the XM80 appeared in the US where it was known as the XM80. The XM80 was the third weapon entered into consideration and its name changed when it won the competition.
 The XM80 is built around the 6.8mm Remington SPC cartridge. The 6.8's bullet is slightly heavier than the older NATO 5.56mm round, and is designed to better penetrate body armor and then tumble inside the target's body.
 The American designers of the XM80 improved on previous designs through the addition of a folding stock and also a compact, single-shot 40mm airburst grenade launcher. This underbarrel grenade launcher permits the shooter to place an airburst explosion mere steps from a target hiding behind a corner or other hard cover.

At one point in his life, Mike was conflicted between two life choices: Become a lawyer, or cook methamphetamine. He was (and is) very skilled in both. He had to pay the rent and his college debt somehow. At first, Mike couldn't make a choice. But then he came up with an idea that, to this day, has been the best idea in his life:

He started law school at 20, becoming a criminal lawyer at 25. At the same time, he cooked meth in an RV out in the wilderness.

Yup.

Best idea ever.

Personality: The stress of becoming a lawyer (as well as years of accidental exposure to chemical fumes due to a faulty gas mask) have given him a mild case of psychosis.

And by mild, I mean big.

And by big, I mean huge.

Other than that, though, he's a very charismatic and persuasive guy.

I can't really think of a bio for adult Keira since I'm busy with juvenile Keira in Keira's Saga. XM80 is a fictional weapon. I don't use any explosives or HE rounds on my grenade launcher since cops aren't allowed to have those. Plus, it would make me to be overpowered if I have something like an XM25 in a compact package.
