Most of us have created characters for our storygames or roleplays. Characters play a big part in both, storygame and roleplay. In my opinion, storygames or roleplays without interesting or detailed characters would most likely be linear.



I wonder about the characters that you guys/gals have created or owned. Mind if you post about your characters here? To post about your characters, it's like posting character sheets. Add name, gender, age, bio, and other essential parts. Don't forget to tell where the character belongs to (what storygame/roleplay/story?).



This is a thread where we post about our characters and discuss about them, and about character development. Hopefully, we can get to know more about character development, which can help the community in character creation and understanding. I hope the community will understand character creation more by posting our owned characters and discussing about them.



I'll give my opinion on your character truthfully.

This thread also exists in CYS. But I also post here because I'm afraid the mods will banish the thread for complicated reasons. In here, we rules, not the mods.

Pulling out Vex, the G28 Raven from Endwar to be in the world of EoN. Great enough?



Name: Vex



Age: 20



Gender: Androgynous Male. Most mistake Vex as a hot chick.... oh yeah, IT'S A TRAP! Please make people to refer him as a girl unless they found out that he has a dick, or if people still want to consider him as a girl.



Nationality: Alcrador



Personality: Cold-blooded and sometimes sadistic killer. But quite friendly, kind, and sometimes flirty toward friendlies or neutrals. He may seem to be innocent and harmless. But don't let his looks fools you. He's deadlier than he looks like.



Backstory:

Vex was born into an average family. During his early childhood, he was bullied and made fun with the other boys due to his feminine appearance and looks. This caused a trauma that made him to be afraid to go to school. As a solution, her parents decided to enlist Vex into an all-girls school instead.



Vex learned how to be a perfect girl, and to make his voice to sounds like a female before enlisting into the all-girls school. Even though Vex is biologically a male, he can still be accepted into the school, thus making him to be the only male student. His true gender was kept to be a secret. In the school, Vex became one of the most appreciated students. Girls are surprised by his beauty and kawaii-ness.



Once upon a time, Sarah, which is his best friend invited Vex to play in the nearby garden. Vex accpeted the offer cheerfully and went having fun with her. Somehow, Sarah accidentally unzipped his shirt while playing together. It was revealed that he has no boobs..... and has the 'man thing'. Sarah gasped and asked how did Vex is actually a male.



After a long brief of explanation by Vex, Sarah didn't go to hate on him. Instead, Sarah hugged and kissed Vex, vowing to be best friend forever. Deep into the feeling, Vex cried. Either way, Sarah still considered Vex to be a female. Vex may be biologically a male, but he has a female soul.



When he turned 16, he found himself to be kidnapped by a group of bandits. After he got kicked off to a nearby wall, the bandits showed the innocent face of Sarah, which has been tied into a chair. Vex's father was a soldier, and he taught Vex how to fight well. Angered, Vex silently pulled a knife hidden somewhere inside his pants and stabbed the nearby bandit to death. The other bandits got shocked and pulled out their weapons. However, Vex easily killed them all, revealing that he has a talent for killing. Then, he saved Sarah.



After that incident, rumors were spread about Vex. A group of assassins known as "Shadow Blades" invited Vex to join them. They trained Vex to become a deadly assassin. Having learned swordmanship, marksmanship, hand-to-hand, assassination, sneaking, etc, he became a deadly assassin for hire.

This is my character from EoN's Raper Plague by SpartacustheGreat. Even though it's never been started, I'll just show this for the sake of it.

Personality: Random. But mostly calm and professional in mission, while being friendly and caring when not on mission.



Bio/History:



Growing up in the Southern Lands (she's not a part of the tribes though). Years ago, it got invaded by the Empire. When Esdeath's army invaded Southern Lands, the occupiers are lost against her army. The battle went bloody with pile of corpses everywhere. When Keira was still a little girl, she watched it all with horror and tears ran down from her face.... having seen all of the anarchy caused by the Empire's army.



At one moment, an Empire's soldier attempted to strike her with his sword. Keira was cowardice at that time, since she was still a little girl. However, a figure wearing a long dark coat saved her by cutting the soldier into half. The divided body of the soldier fell into the ground, terrorizing Keira as she watched it with her own eyes. The figure turned around and glared at Keira with her eyes. The figure's eyes are red as blood. It turned out that it was Akame, also known as Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame. Keira asked why does she saved her. But Akame ran away and disappeared into the darkness. She never knew why would Akame save her. Why the hell Akame was here?



Empire's soldiers continued to rummage through the town. Keira's parents brought her to safety and successfully escaped without Empire's soldiers interfering. During the journey, her parents are discovered by local bandits. When a bandit grabbed her mother by the throat. Keira stealthily grabs the knife strapped on the bandit's belt and slits his throat. Bloods pours out from his throat, wetting her mother. The remaining bandits became surprised how Keira has killed one of their friends. Keira pulled out the dead bandit's sword and eliminate the bandits one by one. It has been revealed that Keira has a hidden and strange talent for killing (just like Sheele).



There is one remaining bandit with a submachine gun (firearms exist in Akame ga Kill). He aimed at Keira's parents, ready to pull the trigger. Before Keira could react, the bandit has killed her parents. Enraged, Keira threw the knife at him, impaling his head. All of the bandits have been killed. Keira sat down near her dead parents, depressed. A few minutes later, a traveler riding a horse saw her. She saved Keira and brought her to the capital.



The traveler was surprised how Keira can single handedly kill all of the bandits. Keira didn't know how to answer that, just said that it just happened magically. The traveler revealed that she was actually an undercover working for the Revolutionary Army, which rebelled against the Empire. Keira was glad to know that. The undercover's name is Evelyn. Evelyn and Keira took a walk around the capital, introducing Keira the Empire and its capital. Plus the Revolutionary Army.



Before the Revolutionary Army invaded the capital, Evelyn taught Keira about everything. Melee combat, fencing, marksmanship, covert ops, assassination, being undercover, etc. During the final battle against the Empire, Evelyn is an undercover agent tasked to retrieve valuable information for the Revolutionary Army. Keira watched all of the battle from far away. After the victory of the Revolutionary Army, Evelyn told Keira what was happening behind all of the battle. Keira is one of the few peoples that have been told about the Night Raid.



Keira got her first mission when the Revolutionary Army was rebuilding the Capital. Her mission was to eliminate the remnants of Empire's Army outside the Capital. Keira demonstrated her impressive swordmanship and marksmanship abilities. Her aim with her assault rifle was outstanding, and her strikes while wielding her blade were as quick as lighting. She was a great fighter, undercover, infiltrator, assassin.



During those recent years, Keira has done a lot of missions. Evelyn was impressed with her ability. Keira was informed about the new Imperial Arm. It was said that the remnants of "Phantasmagoria: Gaea Foundation", Chelsea's Teigu got repaired and refined. It was also improved and renamed to a Jingu called "Illustrious Adamance: Aura Feign". It was remade into a ring instead. However, nobody was capable of possessing the Jingu. The Jingu just kept rejecting all of the people who tried to possess it. So, Keira came to the place where the Revolutionary Army kept it. Keira felt that the Jingu was calling her. She came closer and close to the Jingu. Keira grabbed the ring and wore it. The Jingu itself accepted her, granting Keira access to its power.



Since Keira has acquired a Jingu and advanced weaponry, plus having a great ability for an assassin, she was stamped as a candidate for the Night Raid.

Illustrious Adamance: Aura Feign



Shapeshifting - Just like Gaea Foundation, Aura Feign enables its user to turn into whatever the user wants, even animals such as cats with the ability to mimic the animals abilities such as flight. In addition, it allows the user to shapeshift objects too. However, the shapeshifted objects will revert back to its original shape after 60 seconds once someone other than the Jingu's owner holds the object.



Invisibility - Aura Feign also has the ability to turns its user invisible for a certain amount of time, depending on the skill and experience of the user. The cloaking ability is similar to Incursio's cloaking ability.



Trump Card - Makes a clone of another Teigu/Jingu, granting the ability to use it. However, this doesn't last forever and only used when necessary. Using this Trump Card on another Teigu/Jingu also grants the user full knowledge on the Teigu/Jingu that got copied.



Unlike Gaea Foundation, it resembles a ring instead of case.



Items/equipment: (This excludes your Teigu or Jingu)



Death Whisper - A modular firearm that has the capability of transforming into three modes. Which are: Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, and Machine Pistol. It has an adjustable zoom scope and built in silencer. Assault Rifle turns it into an assault rifle with normal damage. Battle rifle turns it into a heavier gun with more accuracy, effective range, and damage. However, it is harder to handle. Machine Pistol turns it into a compact size of a pistol. It deals less damage. It can be loaded with specialized armor piercing white phosporus rounds to be deadlier. The durability is almost as hard as an Imperial Arm. Keep in mind that this weapon is not an Imperial Arm. Just a really modern and advanced piece of weaponry.



Endbringer - A collapsible high-frequency blade is a sword reinforced by a powerful alternating current and resonates at extremely high frequencies. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Striking, cutting, and thrusting attacks are performed with the blade, with the sharpened edge and point used for lethal attacks, and the blunt edge used as a clubbing weapon. Proficient users were also able to wield the blade with such accuracy and speed that they were able to deflect bullets. The durability is almost as hard as an Imperial Arm. Keep in mind that this weapon is not an Imperial Arm. Just a really modern and advanced piece of weaponry.



Shadowbite - A collapsible poisonous dagger that is capable of cutting through very hard surfaces. The durability is almost as hard as an Imperial Arm. Keep in mind that this weapon is not an Imperial Arm. Just a really modern and advanced piece of weaponry.



Poison Needles - Needles that are imbued with poison. Can be fired from the Death Whisper or used by hands.



Butterfly Headphones - Hey, did Chelsea even listen to music? Sometimes, Keira can be found wearing a headphones similar to Chelsea's headphones.

Cross Com - Advanced eyepiece that has GPS positioning to determine locations of various things (objective, places, key points, etc). It can also assist the user in aiming weapons by calculating distance to target, wind, chance to hit, etc. The color of the visor is pink. Similar in appearance to Mine's eyepiece.

Note: Keira may be a great fighter. However, her Jingu is not a combat-oriented Jingu. So, she's not as good as the combat-oriented Jingu users. She is better for infiltration and assassination roles.

Bio:



Growing up in the low districts of City of Hope. She lived with her father, mother, and a little sister. Her father was a general infantryman serving in the frontline against his enemies while her mother tend people at the medical center. Unfortunately, this was too soon.... His father was killed in action while holding a checkpoint against incoming Mabronnan Horde's veterans. That incident left Sera's family in a poor condition. Because of this, Sera had a really hard time at school. She was also a favored target of bullies, constantly being threatened and beaten up by them. She can't count how many time she got forced to do their homeworks and shits despite her poor family condition at that time. As a big sister, she also had to take care of her little sister, Sherry whenever her mother goes to work.



At one point in her past, she met a girl who didn't mind her condition and always protect her from anything that were threatening to Sera. The girl was known to be a kind person toward her. Her name was Mindy. At the evening, Sera usually visits Mindy and gets along together. Until one day, Mindy's ex-boyfriend confronted Mindy while Sera and Mindy were walking in a narrow passageway. The ex-boyfriend tried to grab and strangle Mindy's throat. Sera reacted quickly by grabbing the knife strapped on the ex-boyfriend's belt and stabbed him from behind repeatedly, revealing that she had a strange talent for killing. However, in the end this broke their relationship. The incident was pronounced as a self-defense.



Soon later, a gang related to Mindy's ex-boyfriend confronted Sera in another hidden passageway. They sought revenge against her and had already murdered her mother. Strangely, she didn't feel sad or angry about losing her only parent. When one of the gang members took out a sword and attempted to strike her, Sera easily disarmed him and took his weapon. Sera proceeded to cut him to half. Terrorized of their fellow member being cut into half, they just stand guard against her. Sera coolly killed the group with the sword and left the area immediately before anyone could notice.



Sera and Sherry became orphans. The United Humans Police Force soon discovered that Sera killed the gang. The gang was known to be drug-dealing bandits. They are impressed by her abilities and offered her to join the United Humans Military, seeing her abilities are great for a soldier/marine. By the age of 17, Sera joined the United Humans Marine Corps and passed the training as the best candidate. She was an expert in both marksmanship and close quarter combat (CQC).



During a battle against the machines, she was surveyed by her fellow comrades as a calm and professional figure, capable of leading her fireteam against the odds in a bad situation. Her marksmanship and CQC capabilities come into play. She scored many kills during the battle, exceeding a regular commando's abilities. Sera improved her reputation quickly. Seeing her abilities, her superiors were deeply surprised and glad to have her in the UHMC.



After a year in the UHMC, her superiors felt it was too unfortunate for her to be a marine instead of a commando despite her abilities. As a result, Sera was offered to be a commando. She happily accepted the offer and passed the rigorous training. A few years after being a commando, she was stated as one of the best soldier in the United Humans, having saved a lot of civilians and bringing a large impact on her enemies. She was considered as a perfect candidate for a supersoldier. A month later, Sera got engineered into becoming a supersoldier. The attempt was successful. She is now more powerful beyond a regular human.



Her sister is currently a surgeon in the medical center.

MLR-B Bullpup Laser Rifle - Stands for Modular Laser Rifle - Bullpup. Advanced modular bullpup model laser-firing assault rifle with Full-Auto, 3 round burst, and Semi-Auto capability. Modified with improved capacity, lightweight materials, adjustable zoom optical sight with X-Ray option which can see through surfaces, backup VMR (Variable Magnification Reflex) sight, Underbarrel Airburst Grenade Launcher, perfected rifling, improved barrel, custom grip, stability damper, piercing mod, flashlight + laser, IR Pointer, and that's all I think. Sera uses weaponized White Phosporus rounds to immolate her targets, which are pretty dangerous and deadly. Sci-fi version of the F2000.



High Frequency Blade - A high frequency blade capable of deflecting projectiles and cutting through hard surfaces. Even a giant robot vould be easily cut through by this.



High Frequency Combat Knife - Just like the HF Blade but this one is a knife.



Stun Rod - An extendable stun rod capable of electrocuting and incapacitating people with non-lethal force.



ULP Elite Laser Pistol - Stands for Universal Laser Pistol - Elite. The state-of-the-art laser pistol which is highly modular and deals powerful damage. Has high capacity, low recoil, and capable of both Full-Auto and Semi-Auto. Modified with improved barrel, lighter materials, VMR sight, perfected rifling, stability damper, improved capacity, Flashlight + Laser, custom grip, piercing mod, and that's all I think. Sera uses weaponized White Phosporus rounds to immolate her targets, which are pretty dangerous and deadly. Sci-fi version of the USP.

Ultilities:



Portable Shield - Activate a portable shield from her arm. The portable shield can activates a barrier surrounding the shield, but it renders her from being able to shoot and has a limited battery than allows the barrier to be up for 20 seconds. The battery will recharge on itself. Can block a tank shell.



Stealth Cloak - Activate a stealth cloak. Can be invisible for 1 minute and has a cooldown of 30 seconds.



Remote hacking - Enables electronic bypass and hacking at long range (40 meters).



Firearms Master - Sera can meticulously adjust her firearms for the ideal recoil-to-weight ratio. This automatically improves the recoil control of every weapon Sera owns. Sera can streamline and re-engineer her firearms to maximize muzzle velocity and ballistic spin. This ability automatically increases the Damage of every weapon Sera owns.



Grappling Hook - Self-explanatory.



Shaped Charge - Proper ordinance handling allows Sera to rig gadgets with directional blasts - preventing embarrassing and potentially fatal accidents from poorly planted devices. This ability reduces the damage taken from her own gadgets.



Her equipment largely depends on the mission and situation anyway











Guys, sorry if I've been flooding this thread with characters. But hey, it's one of the points of this thread anyway. Taken from War of the End by Mardox, definitely one of my best characters.
