(Put here because I'm not sure if "Literature" or "Storygames" are the right categories.)
I saw that MagmaArmor0 suggested someone make a storygame about scripting. What do you think? Should I give it a shot? Could be interesting.

It can be pretty useful just like "The Land of Bad Writing" by Will11.

I just need to think of how to add interactivity, because otherwise I'll have just better written an article.

Will it have a plot?

I was thinking of making it more informational and quizzy.

Ah, it might be a little dull then...

After giving How to Play a Game another look, I think it might work as a fourth wall kind of thing, where the player finds themselves in certain situations where they cannot progress unless they enter the correct coding to, for instance, give them an item they need.

And I was thinking that instead of being given a couple links containing snippets of code, the player can enter the code in themselves.
Like if they were required to set a variable named "VAR" to 1 to overcome a link restriction, they'd be given pieces of code like "%VAR%" "VAR" "%VAR" "=" ":=" "!=" "1" and have to choose and arrange them into "%VAR := 1".

Might be a little difficult for non-coders.

After all, I sort of drew a blank at Brad's example...

Guess I need to do a better job of explaining. There were a lot of assumptions in that example.

Bear in mind this isn't going to be just thrown at the reader. There's explanation first and then there's doing.
