CloudPath and FeatherFlight blocked the fire from their kits as the smoke reached their mouths and they started coughing. FeatherFlight's paw was scorched and lifted it, seeing some missing fur fall into the flames.

Froststar ran into the territory, not waiting for back up, and ran to the camp "Goldenstar!" she called, looking around for the golden leader of Windclan

"Froststar?" Goldenstar's hoarse voice sounded through a wall of smoke, and the WindClan leader tumbled through it, ragged and coughing. "We need-" He coughed. "help..."

Froststar ran over and helped him "Shadowclan is coming. Windclan will stay at Shadowclan camp until it is safe to return home." she said

"Thank...you." A cough rocked his whole body.

FeatherFlight picked up a kit, leaping over the fire. She raced out of camp as CloudPath grabbed the other kit and followed her. They both ran to ShadowClan, scared for their lives.

Froststar helped Goldenstar to the edge of Shadowclan territory "Stay here, I'll find the others. Some Shadowclan cats may be here soon." she said, then raced off to find more cats. Out of all of the past Shadowclan leaders, she was by far the most compassionate about other clans, and was the quickest to offer help

Adderpaw was helping a queen carry her kits.

Goldenstar was coughing on the border. Despite his broken appearance, his eyes still blazed with hope.

Frostflower asked Goldenstar "Is this every cat?" as she looked around the moor for signs of cats.

Proudheart had gone close to the fire and came out with a cough, carrying a tiny kit that had a white and silver tabby pelt. "Froststar, I went in to Windclan camp. There was a queen there that seemed to have collapsed, but was dead when I found her, this kit was the only one of it's litter to survive." he said

Goldenstar's head drooped. "StarClan, why have you done this to WindClan?" He mumbled under his breath.
