Battle system...? It's just something like: "Hey, (Name), wanna practice battle moves with me?" If you choose yes: You nod, and soon you both get into your positions. He lunges at you. If you choose dodge, then it'll take you to the page where the battle scene is described, the same way I had posted before. |

Etc, etc. Most of the story so far was made with the basic editor, but recently, I've managed to convince her to use variables.

It would take forever. Since nearly all my WC storygames use a lot of variables, I get irritated a lot and just leave it there for months before working on it again.

Either way you should ditch Rosetail. Otherwise you'll end up fixing everything that's wrong with her storygame and she'll get all the credit.

I try to focus on both. While I try to write at least three paragraphs a page, I still try to use variables to make the game better.
