BIC: Only about a minute or so later, he arrives. The cop car is already there, and a young man tackles a man that's shouting about nonsense. The cop proceeds to cuff him and hauls him to the cop car, not even noticing Thomas.

Seeing that the cop has the situation under control, Thomas continues driving. He cruises through the town looking for any wrong doing he can put a stop to.

Mick says, throwing off his lab clothes and putting on his regular ones, before getting into his car and driving home.

Thomas decides to head out now, surely there was someone dealing at this time. He leaves his mask and rifle, but keeps his pistol on him. He heads towards the more undesirable parts of town.
