He absently fired the hookshot at a distant straggling mourner cat, causing a brief squelching sound and quickly adding it to the pile.

THE FOLLOWING SHOULD NOT BE READ IN A CONDESCENDING TONE:
“The hell is going on here?” A brown guy suddenly comes up to them. He’s got an exasperated expression. “I’ve only read the first page or so of this ‘roleplay’ which is basically you guys pissing and moaning, and I can’t go on because it’s too cringe-y. Now I’m no mod, but I’m going to be brutally honest with all of you. Raven, you don’t have a ‘criminal reputation’, and quite frankly you should quit being so emotional and sensitive just ‘cuz a couple of guys on a forum mocked your bad grammar and ‘you’ve been through something similar before’. You’re not being cyber-bullied or something – I don’t consider what was posted to constitute bullying, unless you think ‘bullying’ is copypasting some of the poorly written stuff of your roleplay and joking about it. If I were you, I would realize that the people who are laughing at it are actually more experienced than me in this field (BHB confirms that), realize that my roleplaying is pretty bad, and take their advice and use it to become a better roleplayer and thick-skinned person in general because bullying isn't a one-time thing and you might ACTUALLY be bulllied for real and I'm afraid you probably won't know how to handle it. Anyway, if you actually read the thread instead of having your heart broken over it and going into some massive depression over really nothing, you would see that they’re laughing at the redundant, unnecessary, and poorly-written parts of your app specifically. So in your future roleplays, cut back on the redundancy and see where that leads you! Because, if that wasn’t including, THEY WOULDN’T BE LAUGHING AT ALL! You’re not even disliked or hated on the site, or anywhere on the internet, at farkin’ all; get out of your bubble! Besides, if you don’t agree, you can always roleplay here or the one billion other sites created just for the sake of farkin’ freeform roleplay. The censorship? Hardly, haha. Like I said, there’s specific reasons for deleting threads, but there’s no ‘cencroship’ or something going on. There’s really nothing that limits what you say – just be rational, and don’t be immature. What else, then? Doesn’t that all sound good to you?”
He pauses, before continuing after a moment. “You’re all farkin’ delusional and acting like farkin’ children. Well, I’m done here. I’m going back to CYS. Have fun moping and crying about NOTHING like a bunch of kids. I find it funny you all are talking behind our backs here, after complaining about people talking behind your backs, what a bunch of hypocrites you all are.
Well, you have lost a lot of my respect, as well as, I’m sure, anyone with a rational mind that had came upon this. Good luck on growing up.”
With that he turns and walks away before turning back one last time.
"Oh and hey Sent didn't expect to find you here. Unless you're also Ford? I count 4 letters..."
Then he walks awawy out of view.

You know what? Fuck this. Fazz is right. We need to stop bitching and moaning and go back to CYS, which will be much, much better with these new guidelines in place. I was just pissed about the no more freeform RPs thing, but I was so damn pissed that I forgot about the good shit that'll happen because of the other stuff. So... Yeah.

The individual tents as each member's subforum. The campfire as the announcements page. I didn't intend to sound bitchy or ungrateful.
Truth be told, I like what you're doing with the site. I may disagree with your methods and policies, but I'm not gonna bitch about anything. I feel lucky to even be a part of the community.

I don't lurk around here, but I saw this forum game because Seth mentioned it, decided you were all acting like children, and decided to respond and hopefully clear up some things since no one else did0. I don't think I'm adding any fuel to fire at all -- my intention was to STOP the fire and if I didn't succeed I didn't reallly care either way (I didn't expect you guys to stop). Anyway, who / why care(s) even if I did add any fire huh? This "roleplay" (which is mostly just a stab at the CYS) is five pages now. That's a lot of fire, buddy. I don't see you scolding the others "roleplaying". So why me? -_- More hypocrisy huh? If anything you guys are the ones adding the fuel. Yo. And Raven, this entire "roleplay" is about complaining about the site. By "you guys" You should mean nearly everyone at BHB -- I'm not pretentious (at least I hope I'm not). I don't think I'm really good at roleplaying either, but at least I'm trying to imporve myself and I have thicker skin and can take things like a couple of guys mocking my grammar. |
