3J told me that Mardox's banning is effectively a warning. CYS's new rules aren't to be taken lightly.

Tim, don't be so Tabloidy about it. Mardox was banned for threatening the site, and the only thing Raven threatened to do was leave. Not like you can actually declare war on an enemy you can't get near. Wasn't he joking though? I don't think he couldactually do anything, but still. Bad spamming is a bannable offence. Creating an alternate account yourself and then encouraging others to spam the site with alt accounts and flood the forums with banned forms of RP is an equally bannable offence. You get arrested for threats IRL, and you get banned for threats on CYS. What Mardox did was stupid and suicidal. |
