If I were him, I won't ban 3J. 3J acts maturely and professional. He doesn't show any sign of anger toward his opponent or anything stupid. I respect that kind of opponent, and he's definitely stronger than me. To ban 3J with the admin power is such an embarrassing thing to do. It's like pulling out a handgun in a swordfight when gun isn't allowed.
However, I don't think myself is good enough to be an admin. I don't want anyone to be hurt with my emotional behavior, which is definitely bad for an admin.
