That was before, when the site lacked admins. The reason I'm a mod is because the site needs people with less power to watch over the members and forums or something. Whatever it was Derpy said. If a mod proves (trust)worthy enough, I suppose they could become an admin.

2. You need to get along better with the members, be more neutral on debates and arguments (*cough*), which'll let people know you can make good decisions.
